1. Warranty Coverage – Main Store

All hard drives sold in our main store are certified refurbished and come with a warranty period chosen by you at the time of enquiry:

The warranty period is selected by the customer at the time of ordering via our configurator. Prices vary accordingly.

2. Clearance Products – 3‑Month Warranty

Products in our Clearance section are old stock, sold at discounted prices. They come with a 3‑month warranty only. These drives are tested and verified, but the shorter warranty reflects the clearance nature.

            ⚠️ Clearance products are limited stock and sold on a first‑come, first‑served basis. No extensions or upgrades to longer warranties are available for clearance items.
        

3. Warranty Conditions

Warranty covers manufacturing defects, bad sectors, and mechanical failure under normal operating conditions.
It does not cover physical damage (drops, water, fire), electrical surges, improper handling, or tampering with the warranty sticker.
For parts: warranty is limited to replacement only – no refunds.
To claim warranty, you must provide the original invoice and a short description of the issue.
Shipping costs for warranty claims: customer pays to send the drive, we pay to send the replacement (within India).

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp or email. Older website snapshots or cached pages may show outdated rates.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship PAN India with insured courier.
Free shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery: 3‑7 business days.

6. Returns & Refunds

Warranty claims are handled via replacement only.
No refunds – only replacement under warranty.
For clearance products, replacement is subject to stock availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

SURVHDD India is not liable for any data loss, indirect damages, or loss of profit arising from the use of our refurbished drives. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of critical data.
